Dr. Britt Gottlich is a clinical psychologist with a permit in New York State. Dr. Gottlich has expertise in the treatment of addictions and trauma in adolescents and adults.
Dr. Gottlich has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Hypnosis, and Biofeedback. These treatment approaches have been used to intervene with a variety of diagnoses, specifically, substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Gottlich works at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, NY in the adult outpatient behavioral health program, where she provides individual and group therapy to adults with a wide range of presenting concerns ranging from psychotic disorders to adjustment disorders and interpersonal problems.
